I help CEOs diagnose and override the organizational antibodies standing between them and 20x productivity.
Book the Awake WorkshopYou hired the consultants. Bought the tools. Started the pilots. Nothing stuck.
It's not your people. It's not the technology. It's your organization's immune response.
Every company has antibodies — processes, incentives, and habits that silently reject transformation.
Most consultants bring one lens. I bring the compound vision of seven lives — each one a different way of learning to see what systems hide.
At sixteen I started learning how machines work at Bobst — not just machining, but electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and the automation layer that ties them together. I learned to see a system as interlocking layers, each one capable of silently failing. I still diagnose organizations the same way: layer by layer, looking for where the logic breaks.
French is my mother tongue. I studied English at Wisconsin, Russian in Vinnitsa. Then a Master's in literature and linguistics at Lausanne, with a thesis on deconstruction — the philosophy of reading what texts hide beneath what they say. When an executive presents their AI strategy, I'm not just listening to what they mean. I'm reading what the language reveals they haven't examined.
A Master's in musicology taught me that structure is invisible until you learn to hear it. A fugue is four voices following strict rules while sounding free. An organization is the same — competing voices, hidden counterpoint, the illusion of harmony. I learned to listen for the dissonance that others mistake for noise.
Thirteen years as a reconnaissance NCO taught me that the map is never the territory. You brief one plan, then the terrain surprises you, and you adapt or you fail. Executives love their AI roadmaps. I've learned to look at what the roadmap can't show you — the resistance hiding in plain sight.
I ran a web agency that served EPFL projects — Solar Impulse, Alinghi, SwissCube. I learned that the client's first brief is never the real problem. The real problem is upstream, in the assumptions nobody questioned. I bring that instinct to every engagement.
I created a programming language that makes legal contracts computable — turning ambiguous human prose into executable logic. That's the same problem your organization faces with AI: the gap between what you mean and what the machine builds. I've spent years closing that gap.
Seven years at a Fortune 500 insurer building AI for geopolitical risk forecasting. Intelligence analysts don't predict the future — they reduce the range of surprise. That's exactly what I do with your AI transformation: I don't promise certainty. I eliminate the twelve things that are certain to kill it.
